Catharina Berni
Owner & CEO
Catharina first gained experience in the hotel business during internships whilst studying for her Business Administration degree (specialising in tourism). After graduating she worked in Marketing and PR for Romantik Hotels International being responsible for Italy, France and Benelux before becoming Marketing Manager at Novotel Germany (part of the Accor Group) where she set up the internal Press Office. Later on, she was Head of PR & Communications of the Business & Leisure department within ACCOR (Novotel, Mercure, Sofitel). In 1998, she set up her own business.
Mara Ronchetti
Italian freelancer
Born in Italy, she studied at the German School in Milan and grew up bilingual. For more than 35 years, she has been working as an accredited professional translator for many Italian, German, Swiss and Austrian companies, which not only operate in tourism but also in the communications, marketing, finance and economics sector. She is a valuable support for CB Consulting when it comes to giving Italian texts the final touch. Whether it's texts translated by ChatGPT or freely written in Italian, Mara enjoys editing them for us.
Christelle Mandart
French freelancer
Christelle was born in France where she grew up and worked in customer services for several years before moving to the German speaking part of Switzerland. In 2007 she moved to Milan to work in a French Real Estate agency. In the context of her current freelance activities as a translator/proofreader, Christelle repeatedly edits French texts for us. Christelle is also a qualified Feldenkrais teacher.
Stella Micheel
All-rounder
Originally from Cologne, Stella has been living in Italy, her adopted country, for almost 10 years. She worked for CB Consulting as a trainee and assistant for several years before she held various positions in the fashion industry. In urgent cases of necessity she still suports CB Consulting.
